- Look at lodging options for your guests. If you are serving alcohol at your party, some guests may want to spend the evening at a local hotel instead of taking a chance getting home. Many companies work with hotels close to the party location to get discount rates for the evening.
- Send out electronic invites. Electronic invites such as emails or links to sites to RSVP are convenient because it allows your guests to RSVP immediately and have access to all of your information at their fingertips.
