Here’s how to prepare for one of our murder mystery parties:
- Book a date: Our parties are booked on a first come basis, so it’s best to book as soon as you decide to have a party. Booking is easy. Just fill out the simple quote request on our web site and we’ll get back to you.
- Choose a mystery: We’re not a one-size-fits-all kind of place. Check out our mysteries to see which is best for your event.
- Invite friends: There’s a bit of a balance when it comes to a murder mystery party guest list. You want somewhat of an intimate party, but not too few people where anyone feels singled out. An average of about twelve to twenty people seems to be a good number. We suggest letting people know what’s planned so they’re ready to take part in the festivities.
- Get some food and drinks ready: It’s always a good time until someone gets hangry. Whether it’s a potluck/BYOB or the host sets out some goodies for all, our murder mystery parties tend to be more fun when guests have food and drinks available. The good news is that our parties are the main attraction, so there’s no need for fancy Pinterest-worthy dishes. Keep it simple, because the focus will be on the mystery!
- Sit back and enjoy: Our events are designed so the host can relax as a guest at their own party and allow us to do all of the work.
